SSC MTS Photo & Signature Resizer

SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff), recruiting for Havaldar and general support roles across central government offices, uses the same shared SSC application format as CGL, CHSL, and GD Constable — a small photo of 20-50KB (roughly 100×120px) and a signature of 10-20KB (roughly 140×60px), both JPEG on a plain white background. Because MTS has one of the lowest eligibility bars among SSC exams, it draws a very large first-time-applicant pool, so upload mistakes at the photo/signature stage are especially common here — take the extra minute to get the file sizes exactly right before submitting.
